USF ID Card Issue Flow Chart
Below are the various departments that students should be directed to if the card is swiping but not allowing access at a particular service point.
- Issues with the meal are handled through dining services at 813-974-4499 or email email@example.com.
- Issues accessing the resident halls are handled by the housing office at 727-873-5101 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Issues accessing the library’s front doors and printing services can be related to the student’s current enrollment status. The student should be directed to admissions to verify the enrollment status and any registration-related holds.
